We understand that funeral arrangements are time-critical and non-negotiable. Our delivery service is designed to be fast, reliable, and stress-free.

Free Next-Working Day Delivery

All orders include FREE next-working day delivery across the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm).

Orders approved and submitted before 9am on a working weekday are printed and dispatched the same day, at no additional charge.

Delivery is available throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please see key exceptions below.

Guaranteed Dispatch Cut-Off

Orders submitted before 9am (Monday–Friday) Printed and dispatched the same day

Delivered by 1pm on the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

This service is included as standard with every order.

Key Exceptions to 1 pm Next Day Delivery:

By 5:30 pm Next Working Day: Many remote Scottish Highlands and Islands (e.g., AB30-56, HS1-9, IV21-56, KW1-15, PA20-77, PH15-50, ZE1) have a 5:30 pm guarantee.
Two Working Days (by 5:30 pm): Specific locations such as HS2, IM (Isle of Man), JE (Jersey), PA60-75, PA78, and ZE2-3.
Three Working Days (by 5:30 pm): Specific locations such as KW16 (non-town), KW17 (Orkney Islands), and PH30, 41-44.

Signed-For Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a signed-for service. This means someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

If no one is available, Royal Mail will follow its usual procedure, which may include leaving a ‘We Missed You’ card and attempting redelivery on the next working day. To avoid delays, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be present, such as a funeral director or workplace, if appropriate.

Friday Orders & Weekends

Orders placed on a Friday before the cut-off are dispatched the same day.

Many arrive on Saturday
Occasionally, delivery may fall on the following Monday, depending on Bank Holidays and Royal Mail routing

If Saturday delivery is essential, we recommend selecting Guaranteed Saturday Delivery at checkout.

Saturday Delivery

Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (by 1pm) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

This option should be selected if you require certainty of Saturday arrival.

Collection & Direct Delivery

We also offer flexible alternatives where helpful:

Collection from our production facility in North Wales (LL15 1HW)
Direct delivery to a funeral director, if preferred

These options can be selected during checkout or arranged by contacting us. There is no extra cost for this service providing the alternative delivery address details are supplied at the time of order.

Packaging & Care

All stationery is packed using protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Very occasionally, items can be affected in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help put things right promptly.

Wherever possible, we will do everything we can to expedite your order and advise on the best delivery option.

Worldwide Delivery

Due to the cost, we do not offer delivery outside of the UK as standard. If you would like a quote, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
